Blanca – Season Three

Synopsis

At the beginning of this season, we encounter Blanca in an unusual state of mind. She,  who has always thrown herself into life with no safety net, surprisingly, is now afraid of  the dark, rejects the future and has decided to be more than enough for herself. But life  is a stronger force, and once again it will compel her to face the darkness that has never  before been so frightening to her. However, she won’t be alone on this journey.

We’ll see alongside her the faithful companions we have come to love: the young Lucia,  her friend Stella, her caring father Leone and at the police station the Assistant  Commissioner Bacigalupo and of course Inspector Liguori, who at the end of last  season has chosen another woman over Blanca, although his feelings for her have not

vanished. And Blanca, too, cannot ignore those feelings…until someone arrives to turn  the tables on their relationship: Domenico, a “hired gun” working for a security agency  based in Genoa, whom Blanca meets during the investigation case in the first episode.  This case will become the season-long case, in which the two will investigate the trail  of a child who mysteriously disappeared.

Each of the 6 episodes of 100′ will chronicle a detective investigation with a different  setting chosen from the characteristic places of Genoa, to show a different world and  the characters who live within it, depicted with realism and a hint of comedy.  Blanca has always taught us to face the future without fear. To not be afraid of the dark.  Sometimes, however, life throws at us trials that are more difficult than others… Blanca,  however, will once again accept those challenges, and she will realize that only by  accepting this risk can she truly understand the beauty of dancing in the rain. Because after  all…she is Blanca!
