Aristotle Onassis (Gerard Darmon) and Maria Callas (Luisa Ranieri) meet in 1957, when both are at the top of an extraordinary career.

Aristotle is the richest man in the world.
She sacrificed herself and her deepest needs as a woman for singing.
He, used to fight for winning, eager for fame and success, initially sees her as a precious object to add to his collection.
After their first meeting, Onassis, invites Maria on a cruise aboard her luxurious yacht.
It is during the cruise that the passion explodes. In the rarefied and ruthless world of the jet set, Ari and Maria, united by Greek origins and a past of poverty and struggle, discover themselves fatally similar.
It is love at first sight, an overwhelming love, vital and tragic at once, just like those sung on stage by Maria…
