In this 48-minute film, six famous Italian directors portrait the emotions of the pilgrims assembled in St Peter’s Square in Rome. These extraordinary images represent the pilgrims’ spirit of sacrifice and the general sensation of being part of a one-time historical event.
The film testifies the actual teaching of John Paul II, who, even in his silent illness, has gathered around him people of every language and religion.
