With 4.2 million viewers and a 23.3% audience share, the final episode of the eighth season has once again confirmed that One Step from Heaven is one of the most beloved productions among Italian audiences. This achievement rewards a series that, since its first airing, has successfully blended crime and comedy, intertwining stories of love, friendship, and adventure in unique settings: from the peaks of San Candido in Trentino Alto-Adige to the majestic Venetian Dolomites.

Through storytelling that explores the delicate balance between man, nature, and animals, One Step from Heaven continues to evolve season after season, thanks also to the narrative intuition of its writers: Elena Santoro and Mario Ruggeri.

Among the actors present since the first season, Enrico Ianniello stands out in the role of Commissioner Vincenzo Nappi, a key figure in the story.

On the directing side, One Step from Heaven has involved several talented professionals, including Enrico Oldoini, Riccardo Donna, and Jan Maria Michelini, reaching in recent seasons Alexis Sweet and Laszlo Barbo.

The settings are considered a character in the series: initially filmed among the enchanting peaks of San Candido in Alto Adige, from the sixth season, production moved to San Vito di Cadore in Veneto, preserving the charm of the mountain environment.
